BioGuard 3" Chlorine Tablets Dosage:
Always follow label instructions, dosages are provided here to help inform your purchase decisions. These dosages are not meant as a replacement for label instructions.
Maintenance: 16 oz (2 tablets) per 10,000 gallons of pool water per week. Adjusted as needed for individual pool differences. Run pump and filter for at least 4 hours after adding any new tablets to your pool.
Sunlight, rainfall, temperature, pH levels, number of swimmers, the efficiency of filtration and circulation, and frequency of pool use all can affect the rate of chlorine residual loss.
Test pool water often when using a new chlorinating product to verify sufficient levels of chlorine are being maintained and refill or adjust chlorination as needed.
